If your file fails to download or arrives corrupted, contact us at waynedeatonmusic@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it immediately — either by resending the file or issuing a full refund.

Physical items (signed CDs) are non-refundable unless damaged in shipping, in which case contact us within 7 days with a photo of the damage.
