• Payment information (processed securely through Stripe or Venmo — we never store your card details)

• Any information you voluntarily provide such as song requests or messages

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

• Deliver your digital purchases and album downloads

• Send your signed CD or physical items to your mailing address if applicable

• Add you to Wayne's email list for updates, new music, upcoming shows, raffles and fan perks

• Respond to your inquiries and song requests

• Add Patron names to our honored Patrons list (with your permission)

3. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

By joining our backstage access list or making a purchase, you agree to receive occasional emails from Wayne Deaton Music including show announcements, new music releases, fan perks and giveaways.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. We will never spam you. Wayne plays music, not inbox games.

4. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

We use trusted third party services to operate this website:

• Stripe — secure payment processing

• Venmo — optional payment processing

• Systeme.io — website hosting and email marketing

• Zoho Mail — business email communications

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

5. WE NEVER SELL YOUR DATA

Your name, email, and personal information will never be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes. Ever. Full stop.
